I was an overworked office employee trying to find balance while growing an online business. I really wanted to have more free time so I wouldn’t have to feel unfulfilled.
I wanted to be able to make my own schedule so I could have the choice to vacation more than 5 days per year.
The thing is I was dependent on my job. That meant I wasn’t able to make my own schedule, let alone have the choice to vacation more than 5 days per year.
Even worse, I felt terrible because life was passing me by. Can you relate? I felt even worse about the situation because I kept hearing “you should have been there!”. I felt like I was doing something wrong…
The problem was that our dear friend visited us in Hawaii and I only had time to see him at night before bed. Which meant I would never get a second chance to create those memories, which affected my leadership skills.
And then it happened…
That’s when I saw some entrepreneurs lose millions of dollars by not understanding leadership, and It hit me that their biggest problem is all about being resistant to change!
It was now crystal clear to me how to overcome resistance as a leader, because I saw that successful entrepreneurs always made public commitments that held them accountable.
I also learned that leaders are not fearless, you need to admit your fear instead.
So, I committed to never let fear run my life again.
After I did that, I started giving myself permission to live life at full throttle.
Suddenly, I was feeling happier than ever.
That’s when I realized that the secret to find balance while growing an online business was to embrace change.
My plan was to start teaching other entrepreneurs how to lead themselves to success and fulfillment.
So I started writing a leadership book. But we didn’t stop there.
We then created videos and blogs teaching these methods.
After that, we put together a suite of leadership courses for entrepreneurs.
But we had a new problem…
We were stuck in a catch-22 situation. Our masterclasses helped entrepreneurs become leaders of change, but only if they first made a change and got the courses.
We ended up getting so frustrated that we decided to create a system that made business owners excited to change.
We call it “Choose to Lead”.
We thought if we could create something that would make it possible to use leadership to destroy all the problems in the way of growing your business, we’d be thrilled.
After 5 years, we created The Choose to Lead System.
I can now identify and destroy the barriers that keep you and your business from the next level.
We then started to let other business leaders use The Choose to Lead System.

After creating The Choose to Lead System, I was not only able to lead others to greater freedom and success, I’ve also been able to stop feeling guilt and remorse everyday, because we can now use leadership to change the course of our future.
And in the end, all of this means I’m now able to live everyday in a state of excitement!
