How To Effectively Use Time: Successful Entrepreneurs Secrets Revealed
Have you ever felt like there’s not enough hours in the day? Do you wish you could clone yourself and be in several places at once? Entrepreneurs productivity tanks when they don’t feel like they have enough time to get everything done.
I was a business owner in network marketing trying to recruit people to join my downline for a healthcare company. I really wanted to make that “mailbox money” so I wouldn’t have to work in a beige cubicle at a soul-sucking job .
I wanted to be able to achieve time freedom and I could live the entrepreneurs dream of working on a beach with my laptop.
The thing is I was struggling with an overwhelming amount of business tasks. That meant I wasn’t able to achieve time freedom, let alone live the entrepreneurs dream of working on a beach with my laptop.
To make things worse, I felt terrible because busy work was consuming my life. I felt even worse about the situation because I was working longer hours than a job with less to show for it. I felt like I trapped myself.
The problem was that the network marketing company demanded I enroll a certain number of people per month. Which meant I could lose business or money, which meant I was wasting time I’d never get back.
Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened…
That’s when I discovered a time trick for entrepreneurs all about hacking time to get more done!
It was now crystal clear to me how to structure my time for explosive results, because I saw how to get my life back.
I also learned that to-do lists are a myth, you need to create a list of what not to-do instead.
As a result I wrote a list of all of the unimportant things in my business I will never do again.
After I did that, I started only focusing on the crucial 20% that gets 80% of the results.
Suddenly, I was free and building more wealth than ever before.
That’s when I realized that the secret to recruit people to join my down line for a healthcare company was the not-to-do list.
My plan was to start eliminating all of the unimportant junk that didn’t serve my business.
So I started separating daily tasks into urgency & importance on a not to-do list. But we didn’t stop there.
We then automated the tasks that were necessary but not vital.
After that, we delegated the remaining tasks that didn’t directly serve our customers.
But there was still a problem…
I was still getting up every day, cold calling hundreds of prospects. Not all of my team members shared the same hunger and drive to build a legacy, so I sacrificed important moments with my family.
We ended up getting so frustrated that we decided to take what we learned and share it so you can save years of stress and mistakes.
We chose to call it “Time Management for Entrepreneurs”.
We thought if we could create something that would make it possible to make more money while taking back hours of your time each day, we’d be really happy.
After 3 years of wrestling with time, we created Time Management for Entrepreneurs.
I can now let my businesses hum along on autopilot while cash flows in.
We then started to let other business owners use Time Management for Entrepreneurs.
As a result of all this we were able to achieve the following:
Within 30 days we designed a life where we never again missed important moments in our family journey.
After creating Time Management for Entrepreneurs, I was not only able to separate myself from my business, I’ve also been able to stop waking up in the middle of the night worrying about getting everything done, because we can now enjoy doing the fulfilling 20% that yields 80% of our business results.
