Our Origin Story

I was a New U.S. Army Veteran trying to achieving financial freedom. I really wanted to break free from my dependence on a paycheck so I wouldn’t have to go back to living with 6 roommates.

I wanted to be able to experience the best of living in Hawaii with my wife and I could have confidence that I’ll never miss important moments.

The thing is I was having too much “month” left at the end of the money. That meant I wasn’t able to experience the best of living in Hawaii with my wife, let alone have confidence that I’ll never miss important moments.

To make things worse, I felt terrible because my wife was working two jobs to help support us. I felt even worse about the situation because she got a concussion from one of the jobs. I felt like a total failure.

The problem was that my job kept giving me more work, longer hours, and no extra pay. Which meant we were living just above the poverty line, which meant our paychecks were just enough to cover living expenses, but not enough to get ahead.

Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened…

That’s when I maxed our last credit card and attended Grant Cardone’s 10X Growth Conference where I learned all about tapping into resourcefulness instead of worrying about resources!

It was now crystal clear to me how to lead others to expand their business and break free from the shackles of a job, because I saw freedom for my wife and I.

I also learned that job security is a myth, you need to become a business leader instead.

As a result I wrote a book called Impactful Leadership, and shifted to building fearless leaders that get what they want in business and life.

After I did that, I started receiving messages from people tapping into inner strength they didn’t know they had.

Suddenly, I was helping people lead themselves to extraordinary results.

That’s when I realized that the secret to achieving financial freedom was to create a business where my income potential is unlimited.

My plan was to start building a master course on leadership for entrepreneurs.

So I started solving the biggest leadership challenges entrepreneurs face. But we didn’t stop there.

We then created a one-stop shop where entrepreneurs can go to expand their depth and width as leaders.

After that, we taught entrepreneurs how to master their time, habits, niche, and marketing.

But there was still a problem…

We struggled to scale our message beyond all of the noise on the internet and make the impact we knew we were capable of creating. We had this system that was changing the lives of people who had all but lost hope in their careers. But, we scattered the system all over the internet, and it could only save people who could find it.

We ended up getting so frustrated that we decided to package our leadership solution in only one place on the whole internet!.

We chose to call it “The Choose to Lead System”.

We thought if we could create something that would make it possible to take control of your life in less than 5 minutes a day, we’d be really happy.

After 5 years and 10 failed businesses, we created The Choose to Lead System.

I can now program world-class leadership into your nervous system even if you have less than 5 minutes.

We then started to let other entrepreneurs use The Choose to Lead System.

As a result of all this we were able to achieve the following:

With only 5 minutes per day, The Choose to Lead System wires leadership into the fibers of your mind and body. In fact, people use this framework to master their personal relationships, time, business, and life. More importantly, they feel a sense of fulfillment when they use the principles to help others break free.

After creating The Choose to Lead System, I was not only able to savor the beauty of the Hawaiian islands with my wife every day, I’ve also been able to stop trading precious time for money, because we can now teach entrepreneurs how to use leadership to achieve their personal freedom.

And in the end, all of this means I’m now able to build a legacy for my family and give my children the precious gift of choice that I never had growing up.
